Vermeltfoort Architects, Inc. (VAI) has been providing architectural, planning, and consulting services on projects located throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon since 2005. We strive to keep the project on time and under budget with very satisfied clients, and for the result of the project to exceed the client's goals. The majority of our business is based upon repeat clients and referrals, but we always welcome new clients and new opportunities.
Our experienced staff manage a wide variety of projects from the simplest tenant improvement to the most sophisticated shopping center, industrial project, office building, or multi-family project you can imagine.
We are adapt and experienced in the green building approach and providing documentation for energy rebates through utility companies, which saves the client money in the short and long-term.
VAI has long-standing relationships with many civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, throughout the valley. With their partnership, it enables us to achieve our goals of a timely, cost-effective and successful project.
